Does it really matter if you get a Russian version? It still activates and you can still play it. Just change it back to english.

You can't start the game without a Russian VPN...

I think PL version is the best, you can activate/play every where, but you need to make it English

It isn't risky, it's just annoying because you'll need a Russian VPN to launch the game
