Need help fps is to low in-game to snipe easily

Is there a way anyone can help me lower my graphics fully or something so I can go ahead and play the game and own it up. Please respond ASAP

Maybe you can change it in the task manager by changing its priority

If you don't know how to do that just ask.

Maybe get Ccleaner and stop all startup processes you don't need, check if all of your drivers are up to date, keep the sync frame option ticked in BO2, and try what Nachos said. Other than that upgrade your PC, it's not a very demanding game!

Yeah I don't know how to change the priority an last night i installed the beta drivers so it's okay now but random lag spikes that are rly recent not once in a while
