Black ops 2 Frames and cant find game

Hey there all, I had preorded BO2 and i just got it and i have been having frame rate issues at first it was black ops 2 but now when I find a game when i aim down the scope my fps just drops to the ground to about 8 fps. Next thing since yesterday I can not find a game like it finds matchs then it analyzes them then waiting for host then just does the whole process again and its not even finding a game and so i got my friend to come and find a match and he can find one in seconds and my NAT is set to OPEN and his one is set to MODERATE so i do not know whats happening, please help

I have the same while aiming, frame rate drops terribly. Just wait for a patch from Treyarch to fix that, the same counts for NAT Type I got the same it keeps changing
