Decrease your ping - Increase Download - Upload | 3 Ways and more..

Hello MPGH Users!
---------------------------
First Way:
-Press WindowButton+R to Open run and type gpedit.msc
-Go to Administrative Templates then Network.
-Go to Background Intelligent transfer Service folder then Open Maximum network bandwith that Bits uses file.
-Make it Enabled and Add to limits bits transfer rate value which is 40 e.g.(if you found it 10 make it 50 if you found it 20 make it 60).
-Check use all avialable unused bandwith and at the end of the window you'll see another limits bits transfer rate in this you'll add value which is 30 e.g(if you found it 20 make it 50 if you found it 30 make it 60) .

Second Way:
-Go to gpedit.msc // // // then Network then QoS Packet Scheduler Open Limit reservable bandwidth file.
-Enable it and Change it from 20 to 0.
-Click on OK and go to Limit outstanding packets in the same folder.
-Make it Enabled and You will see the Value Changed to 65535 if it's not then change it manually to 65535.
-Go to Set timer resolution and Disable it.
-After you did this way restart your pc.

Third Way:
-Make an notepad file and copy&paste this then name it dnscache.reg (Registry file).

-Open it and Click on Yes / Yes.

Now protect your PC & Speed internet:
-Open the time which is in the taskbar.
-Go to Internet Time then uncheck automatically synchronize with an internet time server.
-RClick on My Computer and Properties then Remote Tap and Uncheck Allow remote assistance invitation to be sent from this computer.
-Open cmd as Administrator and type on it : ping host then Enter ، ping port then Enter ، ping port1027 then Enter ، ping port80 then Enter ، ping proxy then Enter ، ping port then Enter.

Speed up your Internet More and more...:
-Open Run | regedit.
-Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows/Current Version/Explorer/RemoteComputer/NameSpace
-Search about this key name under NameSpace which is : D6277990-4C6A-11CF-8D87-00AA0060F5BF or the first one you have delete it.

windows 7 x64 home basic. i go execute and type gpedit.msc and nothing. if i press Ctrl + D in desktop = nothing... please help me ._.

So, im not a total noob about that but he have reason!
just have a better net conection... i have a crappy sht net conetion right now because im not home, like the maximum of download is 145kps and i have 150 ping in ava and i play very well without lagging!
curse the other players allways say, "OMG, FUCKING LAGGER" lmfao, just because u die u moorons dont have excuses for everithing! just learn to play! or dont RAGE for everithing! or if you wanna RAGE , just make RAGE QUIT!!!IS BETTER TO ALL OF US...and "RAGE GUYS" dont be so anoying about shits!

i typed it in run and the this notepad opened and it said [mci] underneath it and i added this under it
