Is it detectable or not? If it's detectable, say yes. If not say no.
What I'm seeing is, I didn't test the nametags yet, I don't know if it's detectable. The small cross hairs are undetectable by PBSS.

When I went on last night. A big message came up! server is updating. Some its working and some it's not. I have Win7 64bit. Can anyone come up with a reasonable response if its not or is detected? I do run MW3 on this pig and when I went to use a hack that worked 2 days ago.... never worked lastnight. They had a silent server update that is to do a better job catching the non legit user's?

Lets be honest nobody wants to get banned from a server or from playing online because of a hack that was confirmed it was not detected. If 1 gets banned we all do and take the fall because of "Lack Of Communication"
