Well @Versa visited Nexon's HQ a few weeks ago. He doesn't work there, but I'm sure he can tell you a few things about the workplace. ;P

Also I wonder how Nexon's support workers work... Lol I believe they work 2 times in a year, that's why I get my support ticket after 6 months.

I'm a Platinum grade and the time it takes for them to reply varies (usually within 3 months though).

Nexon is just a company that is majorly just for the profit. The only reason why we play their games is because they're good games, I would be more addicted if there was a better company running it. A company that would allow some money to pass by, I don't know if any of you play Maplestory but there was a job called Dual Blade. Basically you have to buy all of the skills from NX, and that just shows how desperate Nexon is. I would expect Nexon to be a very cheap company to work at, such as bad worker benefits (bad insurance/low vacation days). If I were to be a Software Engineer, Nexon would totally not be a company I would even considering working for.

The staff benefits at Nexon are actually really good. There was a list posted somewhere but I can't seem to find it.
They're just really profit driven, more so than they should be. If they just cut down and concentrated on fixing their games, however, I'm sure more people would be willing to buy NX though.

Combat Arms is a pretty good game, except for the fact that there's hackers everywhere. But hacking is the main reason why we are all here today on this forum .

You're overlooking the amount of bugs in the game; every time there's new content added, you can be sure that there will be bugs to come with it. So many people have quit becuase of this reason.

The average rating is about a 2 or 3 stars, which is already enough to give the impression that it would suck to work there.
The only things that could convince me to work there is good pay, and a CA account with inf gp, nx, and all unlocks.
