Sending money with Paypal

Hi... last time I sent money as a personal payment I got scammed and found out I couldnt get my money back...I could have only filed an unauthorized transaction.... So do you think the better way is to send payment for goods and services?

I only use it to buy things such as amazon or eBay . I will soon be donating here. So to answer your question yes just use it for services because sadly most humans these days are not trust worthy

Depends, you obviously can't always make a chargeback.
What were you purchasing last time?

last time I purchased BF3 and got scammed, but luckily I got my money back because of unauthorized transaction... I know that if you make a personal payment you cannot request a refund... But the other option is Online purchases and had options: Goods, services and ebay items...

For the buyer it's safer to not send payments as gift, if that's what you mean.

Yeah, I mean when I sent a personal payment (Other) I did not have option to dispute the transaction... I want to be able to dispute... so next time I will send the payment for goods...

Yes indeed, sending a payment for goods/services can be disputed.
