As I said, that's BS.. Dvar changing is undetected (it was at least). You'll not get banned.

But none of you is capable of creating aimbot? on multiplayer are seen more and more players who use it, so I guess someone has managed to create it.

People are capable to make Aimbot.
But it would just cause a ban. (90% or so)

WH and ESP, that people can do "easy".
But then, it can also be easy detected. (Screenshot "checking" for unwanted overlays)

by unlimited UAV you mean that if i enable it its like an orbital VSAT (blackbird) always in the air?
sorry, just never used the unlimited UAV option in trainers so i dont know how it works.
