To "flame" somebody, basically means to curse or use foul language directed at somebody else. (ex. "F you!", "You're a little B with an itch!", racism, sexism, etc.)
It is against the rules, which I suggest you read.
A user title, is the little part of a user's profile right above their avatar. It can be changed to text (custom colored) after reaching 500 posts, or a small graphical image (jpg, gif) after reaching 1337 posts. There are however, rules and limitations to this process to know. To make a change to your user title (or even your username), you must request it in the Staff Requests section. For now you are not able to change/request anything. It is also possible to Donate to MPGH, as I have (visible from my name color and tag), and then change your usertitle or username regardless of post count.

This really all matters if you're active around the forum and end up using this site frequently. Lots of people make accounts post once or a couple of times, and then just die, so yes, you are a noob.

Hey peoples of this website. I am what many would call a noob. If you have any tips, tricks or important info, please tell me.
P.S. What does it mean to flame someone? And what is the point of having of make 500 hundred post before a title change or whatever it is?
Confusion is rampant in my mind.
