I did not revoke anything, I gave him the original email to the account not make him change it. As I said I'll try to help him as much as I can..

u should try malwarebyte, it is one of the best software to remove rats and keyloggers

This. Malewarebytes is free, just do a quick scan and it removes anything and everything.
Even if you don't need it, get it now. because if you get a virus that blocks your internet browser, MWB will remove it when not even Mcafee can do it.
