need help with black bands

Everytime i play ingame i got this. at both sides. i tried to change the resolution or the screen but it keeps saying that my devide is not comportable with that resolution (sorry for my english) :s


Does som1 knows how to fix this?

What operating system are you using? Because the way to change screen resolution is different for all types of Windows and Macintosh

I know that. There's a way to fix it.
This usually occurs when either your battery is NOT plugged in correctly or just not plugged in at all, or when the battery is plugged in, the screen resolution doesn't fix itself.
To fix this, close everything in the background, and unplug and replug your battery until the mouse disappears for a second and the screen goes black, then comes back alive again. (This happens when your laptop is fixing the resolution to a recommended state).
If the screen's resolution does not fix itself, then re-start your PC, or put your PC to sleep, wait about 1 minute, then wake it up. Then try it again.

Try updating your graphic drivers to the latest one... That might work.

If you're using Windows 7x64, right-click on your desktop background and click on "Graphics Options". After you've clicked this, there will be three options: "Panel Fit," "Hot Keys," and "Tray Icon." Click on Panel Fit and select "Scale Full Screen". Hope this helped

Uhm, well, i'm from belgium so my setting when i right-click are a bit different i got win7 64bit aswell, but could u explain how to do it if u start from control panel?

Maybe you're using a wrong resolution and the game just places black in the empty spaces

Not sure if you can do that in the control panel...
