    selling 70 star rotmg acc

    well basically i was selling a 56 star, and the guy decided to charge it back, so now i have a negative paypal balance and am forced to pay it back, so i must sell this,

    He cant be banned cause when someone is banned u dont see anything on realm eye it says 0 chars and 0 fame when u are banned.
    I know that because i got banned during item exploid, so Zorez cant be banned now.....
