How to get the 10th Spinning Skull

Hello guys.I've started to get into MW2 DVARS and i found out how to unlock the 10th prestige spinning skull!

All you have to do is make sure you host a private match
Open console with `
Type in this code without the ""

" setPlayerData( "iconUnlocked", "cardicon_prestige10_02", 1); "

I have a full dvar list for all of the emblems and titles just tell me if you would like them posted

How the heck you get console command?

Go to FourDeltaOnes website and download there version of mw2.It will enable the console.Here is the link to save you the time

For me i paste the code inside the "--" and it still doesnt unlock for me anything im doing wrong?

My virus protection software said that FourDeltaOne's MW2 is a threat to my computer. Not sure if I should download it :/
