Not to much effects, not to low. Its jut exactly. But 1 question why u are releseing desctop wallpers in AVA hacking forum ?

Looks good mate , not to be rude or anything but mind if I give you a couple tips ?

Try and make the background stand out a bit from the AVA Logo ( Maybe by using a curve layer or bluring it out just a tad to add depth )
Too much of the lighting effects can be quite annoying to the viewer. Try and keep a focal point ( in this case the ava logo ) and just enhance it , instead of distracting the viewer )

Overall looks good mate , just thought I'd share my two cents.
