TAC appears to either take screenshots some how or is a much better monitor of what is displaying in overlays
you get reported a few times and they look for anything fishy

people have been banned for external crosshairs ....

otherwise there is always risk of ban, this one being permanent so to fix buy a new copy on a new steam account.
