Yes and yes, but it only works if you're dedicated enough to switch your habits. I was a two pack a day smoker of those Newport hundreds, and I swapped over to my Vapor4Life OMG MOD without looking back. I have a regular cig once in awhile, like once every two months or so, but other than that I'm perfectly content on vaping. I have three flavors myself, Apple, Coffee, and Menthol. All three are AMAZING. I have also seen flavors such as blueberry, blue rasberry, cotton candy, tobacco flavored, etc. There are MANY different flavors to choose from.

On top of all this, you can also choose what milligram level of nicotine you want in the juice. I use 32 mg because it's about what a pack of newports contains, but you can go all the way down to no nicotine whatsoever.
