How to increase the CD of your opponet's skills - PVP

As of my knowledge some classes like evolved shamans can slow u down, increasing CD time

can you tell me a list of these classes?

Evolved Shaman,
Vindicator Of They,
Ninja,
Rogue,
Chunin,
Grenadier.
These are the ones I know about that can slow you down' or cause similar effects.

i will suggest you use ninja in pvp it can stun and with the right enh, it can dodgena lot and have very high haste

.o. Honestly I like Necro / Elemental Draco atm the best. but Necro being the best ^^ ~ I'll try ninja though
