I know not a lot of people can speak Spanish, but this song is in Spanglish (a mix of English and Spanish)
This song is basically about a guy who was one his way to buy his girlfriend a gift for her birthday, then he found out she had passed away.
It really gets to me because an ex of mine had passed away 2 weeks from her birthday, about 2 years ago.
