10mpbs to make a laggy shitty lobby that drives everyone nuts, 20mpbs will make a almost normal lobby and 50+ mbps is heaven :P

Wait, this still works? I try this on my PC and it will make me the host for the first game which is empty and then after the game fills up it eventually changes hosts no matter what. What am I missing here? Is this the latest version and is it working still?
Edit: Is it because my NAT is showing as "moderate" in MW3? How does one change this?
