Cod Elite, Theather, and if they just Report you after the match, Treyarch takes a look at everything on your account and maybe its obvious

when the match starts and you watch the player you can clearly see what perks you have and what attachments are on your weapon. if you're over 10 it can be problematic (when the wildcards lack) just math...

but youre right - in mw3 there was no bans for adress changing in the baracks, but now...i dont know.
