Hammer curls,trains forearms.
Any tips on training your forearms and wrist area?
been working out for the past ~4-5 weeks and iv'e already gained some muscle but my forearms/wrists remain as mere twigs.

Since I never "lift". So I can't say :P
But I suppose you do as most, start easy, with a plan.
Like: you lift: 20 kg 15 times. And a 1 min break, and then repeat it for like 5 times.
And then move on to something else

Ive seen people skinnier then that
haha just do bisep curls but do it both ways. with your palm facing up [with more weight] and the back of your hand facing up [less weight]. u use more weight when doing normal curls [palm facing up] cuz the weight on the under side of your forearm is stronger than the top. so do it both ways and you will see an inproovement. you can also get those forearm trainer things that you squeeze and stuff but i never used them and my arms turned out good enough.

You need two dumbells. Rest your forearms on a flat surface, with your hands and wrists hanging off of the edge. Have the dumbells in your hands, and pull your wrists back towards your arms (using your wrists lift the weights) and bring them back down slowly.
