Treyarch now adds Insult to Injury!!!

Hey y'all -
I just thought I would share this with everyone. It now appears that Treyarch has upped it's game against those who have been caught by their Anti-Cheat system. Not content with just banning players from their servers, they are now also reporting all to VAC.

My original status was just a ban from their servers:-

Now it's changed to a full VAC ban:-

This all happened within the space of just two days, so it appears that they are upping their war against all those who choose to cheat in some way? So if you don't want the BANS ON RECORD to appear on your steam account, the only way to avoid this is by playing legit!!!

all they had to do was add a rule to vac to look at whether or not you were banned by tac and boom...
its more than likely the only way VAC actually detects a ban

Nope I'm not surprised just passing it on as a heads-up for others. I'm just glad that it was a new account and not my main account which is still VAC clean!!!

This is kinda funny, isn't it? At first, when the game came out, not even MP had VAC on it... It seems like they kinda rushed over it to be able to release the game on date.. Just now they are adding VAC on all the game modes....

No I think Insane is right and VAC wasn't present when the game was first released. If it was I would have also been VAC banned on my main account, as I got the 3arc server ban from using the cross hair tool. And as stated my main account is still clean 5 weeks later. I know that 3arc were still tweaking the game 2 weeks before release, hence why the game got patched during the first 2 post launch weeks!!!

So far, no VAC ban on my account

Treyarch is defiantly being heavy-handed in handing out the bans. A friend of mine got banned for having some PC issues, which corrupted some files and TAC picked this up and swung the ban hammer. It's very black or white any difference in the games code and it's an instant ban!!!

When MW 3 first came out there were over 2000 players on HC TDM at peak times I never saw more then 1000 playing the same in BO 2. I don't think the game will last that long, especially as they are limiting the amount of HC game modes as well. There's already threads on the official forum's with lots of complaints about all this. It looks like 3arc's after sales service is not customer friendly. Their attitude may change once the first map pack is released and sales are way down their on expectations???

They said they couldn't provide me a reason, and told me i had to contact pcdev on twitter and ask it.
Wich means i will never know.
They ban every1 and any1 who is even suspected of 1% cheating.

I had first ban message "Your account has been forever banned from call of duty black ops 2" and now he tells me "You are Vac Banned etc."

I want to know what is the difference between the two ban ?????
