Too many people asking for the Hammerlock DLC codes, I guess, and yours was very similar. You could always ask to unlock it, or make a new one. Or ask for the codes in this topic.

Use the save editor, found here. Copy one code at a time, open your save, then paste the code in the backpack tab of said editor.

Question, what's the best possible Rough Rider shield(with the paste code, if possible) ? I have one with these stats...

Damage Resistance: +20%
Max Health: +24520

I don't think that the damage resistance will be higher than 20%, but the max health can be higher cause I already saw one with 24917, but is it possible to get one higher than that ?

Best I got was +24917 Health with Maliwan body, Maliwan battery and Hyperion capacitor; any other combination of parts leads to reduced extra health. The damage resistance doesn't seem to change at all.
