1. black ops only has VAC (which detects via scans) and TAC (manual reports->manual ban)
2. every script etc can cause a ban if u get reported too often

(but i dont know how can thay see the difference between AutoHotkey and my finger )

the only way they could tell autohotkey is if they are scanning running programs which is illegal as long as it doesnt attach to the game.
if that happens then you will have quite a bit of money coming your way.
sony was sued for this, blizzard has been sued multiple times for this before they fixed their warden system and various other companies as well.
they only have the right to scan their software.
anything else is considered a felony charge to do so without your written consent
