Install, update, and run a full scan.

Third: Download Spyware Doctor Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus 5.5 Starter Edition - V3.co.uk
Install, Update, Register, and run a full scan.

Atleast one of these will detect the proper registry entry to delete, so, delete it
