Tutorial to find Offsets

Hey dudes, i need a tutorial to find the offsets of warz, because im trying and dont find...

Offsets are always random for every Value or Address!
To make it clear for you, every address has a unique Offset so first you have to find
the address you want to find the Offset for, its easy made by finding the address in Cheat engine

Find the address you were searching for and then right clicking the address and click Find out what accesses this address!
then click Yes when a popup appears
Now there will popup a new window with 1 or more labels.
Double click 1 of them and you will end up with another window, in this newest window there will be a red label
with some text and in the end of the line it will say something like + and then some numbers or letters, Thats the offset!

As example: 00412632 - lea edo,[eax*4+10]
In this case, 10 is the offset!
