Is your NAT-Type open? at least moderate?
Or may your internet connection is to bad
Have the same problem sometimes restart MW3 sometime helps.

It isn't. try to find a way to make an exception for this .exe. I'm sure most virusscans have this ability.

Ok windows is telling me the following now:

No acces to the path or file.

Even when i want to run it as admin it still gives the same error .

I'm running the program on Windows Vista

I have a problem with Dream Hack..
hack does not work for me: godmode, unlimited ammo etc..
and you can put on tekno mw3? @Isaakske

Ofcourse it doesn't work on Tekno ... Steam only
