You should know there are 2 Ultra rare item and 1 normal rare item. So how does that count as $10?

There's no Ultra rare item in there, but there is 1 badge worth 10$ itself which i missed, + 5$ for the rest of the stuff. so 15$

The account has all the items required to complete the Juggernaut Items of Nulgath quest. It also has the following,
Legion tokens: around 100 and gradually increasing
Power Gems: 2
Blaze tokens: 12 but increases on a daily basis
