What i'm looking for...

Hello everyone the current list i'll give are some hacks that im looking for. I think that they are "relatively" easy to program and the world is big enough for these hacks to exist
I dont know if all of the things i request are even possible, because i dont know if some of the values they mean are running in the server or in our own minecraft client. So any help or link would be welcome
The things that i´m looking for are:

-Increased movement speed
-Increased damage given, for example, 7 half hearts of damage for one hand hit
-Increased minning speed. A mod that makes the game think that minning time is of every block is 0 or 0.01
-Invulnerability to hunger, something that frost the value of hunger/saturation or even fatigue
-A way to make the arrows you shoot to be full powered every time.
-Always give critical hits.
-Fortune enchantment always gives the maximum drop of the block you mine
-Looting enchantment always gives the maximum drop of the mob you kill too
-Unbreaking enchantment always "prevents" your tool to be damaged
-Every axe/shovel/pickaxe you hold, "simulate" they always have Efficiency 5 to mine faster
-A way to get the desired enchantments unrandomly, enchanting with the minimum required level if possible
-Autohit every mob or player that comes close enough to you
-No damage from mobs or players, or reduce the damage incoming to minimum
-Extended or unlimited potion effects, or "simulate" some of them to have perpetual swiftness, jump or minning speed.

Some of those things are already in every client like fastbreak, sprint and a killaura
Some hacks like rapid arrow, criticals or god mode did exist, but were patched.
Most of the hacks (like enchantment related stuff&potoions) are server sided -> no way to influence them
