    If you mean make an account, then go to the official website, and register there. If you mean register as in a server, then when you enter the game type in /register (password) replace (password) with, obviously, your password. From then on, you should be able to play and if you re-log, it may ask you too login, if so type /login (password), replace (password) with what you you put earlier. Hope I helped!
