If you have the steam version it will be something like this C:/programfiles/steam/steamapps/common/modern warfare 2/mods
If you have the torrent version it will be something like this C:/programfiles/activision/modern warfare 2/mods

No! That is wrong.A CodJumper mod is basicly a mod that allows you to 'Bounce' like on Cod4 but with carepackages.It doesnt contain super jump!
