Can't recover my account?

Alright so I was playing this morning and I restarted my computer and tried logging in and my account was hacked. I went to forgot password and the account was no longer on my email. Then I tried recovering the account with a transaction id on automatic recovery and it gave me the message: Upgraded User Account Not Found. I've used this transaction id to recover this account once already, why isn't it working. I'm not the original owner, I bought this account from someone else but I have a transaction id from earlier this month. PLEASE HELP ME!

you acc was banned,blocked,or something try to log in later in game if a message like banned appear you are banned if pass incorrect =account deleted
check character info page to see if the account its live

I tried logging in several times and it said incorrect password. I check my char page and its still there.

just reply the E-mail that gave you the

check character info page to see if the account its live then just try it again and goto your char page ... i guess that's what happen in my acc hope i can help you!

i've got some problem too, without warn they're banned my aqw acc , dunno what to do but this is not a very bad , because still have 10+ aqw acc with good stuff there. lols. AE. they're hypocrite
