anyway this is looking pretty good. Its a bit 2d but anyhow even when smudging its still gota makes sense..
There is a black smudge on her forehead which shouldn't be there.
The colors seem a bit off. Try working with 2-3 colours or make these a little more vibrant.

That style is used by a lot of people just different in everyone of them

maybe try sharpen up the smudging, give it a more distinctive and rough feel

And his style looks like Quert's style and till0s' and about 100 other peoples' style.

I think the 2nd version is a lot better. The detail is what emphasises the style of the piece. You don't want to smooth things over and make it look like you just ran it through a filter.
