MS 2xx = 200ping+/- which is three line. Both are good in their own way, if you upgrade it to a paid version. As for free users, I'd suggest Cybe******VPN but there is a limit on how many days you can use it.

don't try it! because it fked up my computer IP address and now i can't play blackshot...and also my blackshot closed itself at sever channal after i click connect
