help with catching

Hai. So , ive been playing catching in blackshot recently and i notice i die first most of the time, so i was wondering if u guys know how to run fast..And this is the gear i use for Running, a.k.a my noob speed build. ( Without Smf)
Runner Build
----------------
Melee : normal knife
----------------
Nades:
Runner: Flash bang/R-Smoke ,Emp Flash
----------------
Gears: armour II, agility boos, helm 2,
----------------
Tactics: skirmisher
----------------
Extra:Med kit
----------------
Catcher:
1st build : Same ^
2nd build: Same but melee is Hatchet(gud att)

When chased, don't look back, and try not to turn. It will decrease your walk speed. Also, throw red smoke FAR away from you, and throw flash near to opponent.

if me i will not buy armour .. armour slowing our movement .. btw i never buy armour b4 but my kdr still 88 LoL ...no hack clean acc
