Wuat Problem- Spawned Item Vanish

Hi Guys
I have Wuat installed, and 50% of it works brilliantly, like God Mode, Drop Chests, Buildings,
However,
Any smaller item, or individual vehicles spawn, but vanish after about 5 seconds
This happens on every single item, Vehicles,Weapons,Buildings etc.
Now it may be that some of the scripts simply dont work anymore, but I think one of the 3 tent scripts should work, but all 3 vanish as soon as the menu is closed.
Any tips or workround would be welcomed.

Added Info- I use Cheat Engine 6.2 manual inject to start the menu
