Control Panel>Admin tools>services>and set svchost to automatic..,
PROBLEM SOLVED BY VIPER
So i killed svchost.exe by accident. Now I have no sound, I sign in slower and things freeze sometimes. Ive looked around and nothing seemed to help... Or it was too confusing to do. XD
So if anyone could point me in the right direction id appreciate it. I really don't wanna reformat because of something like this.

i dunno....i've never used system restore what does it do???...i always disable it so i can get better performance.
it restores all the shit to the date you want your computer to be in...
so if you restored it back to jan 1, 2007... all the shit that was on your computer after jan 1 would be deleted and all the deleted and corrupted file and viruses would be removed...
psst....i doubt that, it prolly just sets the registry and config files to back up it made on jan 1, i bet it wont delete all ur files like emails, papers, and bookmarks, etc...it may uninstall programs too....but thats prolly it
