How do i find the health addresses for black ops 2 solo zombies?

I am using Cheat Engine 6.2 to make a trainer for zombies (solo) i have made the unlimited ammo hack but i am missing the god mode (health) and i do not know what to do in order to find the addresses. I am new to all this hacking shit so if somebody can help me find or give me the addresses that will be great thanks in advance

You search for 100. (When you spawn)
Then get it or go into flames.
(Pause the Game : ESC
Then in cheat Engine, search for value less than: (100-80) or anything you think is more correct
Then you die. and search for 100 again.
