Ya i got the 64bit edition installed right now. Only difference i have expeinced from upgradeing from 7100 64bit is a few minor performance increases.
Also endrit if you find any tweak managers for Windows 7 let me know. xsetup works some but not like i want. Also the watermark remove tool for 7100 works for 7127.

You are probably trying to activate a 32-bit version with a 64-bit key.
