can you please explain in more details whats going on when you turn god mode on? like when you turn it on do you die instantly?

so what i need you to do is, press ALT + F4 to set your hp to 999999999999 it does work don't worry i just tested it it does not close the application and after you have set your hp to 99999999999 turn on god mode it should work fine
if it didn't i will c what i can do

When I press ALT+F4 the trainer closes, and I get hit by more than 1 zombie at the same time and I go down....

do not press ALT + F4 outside the game, press it when you are IN THE GAME. It will not close.
