How to change SteamID on NON Steam CSS version ?

Hi , i'm playing on a NONSTEAM version of CSS , i'm using a silent aimbot etc... and got permbanned by server admins on like 50 servers :P. i searched a bit on google for "How to change SteamID nonsteam css version". And i saw ppl saying that the SteamID that the server gives you is generated by your IP Address. So i just changed my IP Address, my CSS username and tried to join the server which i'm banned on and guess what i'm still banned , the SteamID didn't changed at all.. so i searched again on google and saw some guys saying that they're permbanned so they formatted their computer , then installed the Nonsteam css version , and that they were able to join the server again. So i suppose that there's a file in the cstrike folder that generates and saves the SteamID. Is it possible to generate a new steamid or to change it manually so i'll be able to unban my serf from those servers i'm banned ?

Hi, you can play with a different IP adress by using a VPN faker. This fakes your ip so the server thinks that you are in for example Germany <3 . Google it. Otherwise you can set another name in the CSS console by typing: setname "nickname". I hope you understand my english bcuse im from germany <3

allready told ya i used to change my username and my change my ip address (dynamic ip) and i'm still not unbanned... -_-
