It seems like this is a resolution error through your web browser, and is common with Google Chrome. Try a different browser. Not sure which one you are using but try IE9/FIREFOX and see if that resolves it. Or go to settings and check all the DEFAULTS and re-start your PC.

It can also be a problem with Windows 7 and an SQL error, so try Windows update to resolve if the above does not work.

If non of the above work!!!!!!!!!!!

It could also be a DNS error throught the internet with your local server........ DNS server - like maybe your system is configured to use an invalid DNS and not to get DNS automatically.

Try this.............

START>INTERNET OPTIONS>CONNECTIONS>LAN SETTINGS>
check Automatically detect settings - verify Proxy is unchecked
