Yes , it ca work on windows 7 , I'm currently using process suspended ( the latest version ) , it works on windows 7 ( ultimate ) <---- that's what i am using.

U scroll down and u will see 'PROCESS SUSPENDER01.zip' , so u click on it , and it will download.
