Correct me if I'm wrong, but 'World Savior' only requires you to turn in the Normal Kezeroth quest. If not, Ultra Kezeroth isn't all that much of a challenge, and you can most probably farm it easily in a public room.

Do all the frostvale quests until it leeds up to Kezeroth.. after you bet "Normal Kezeroth" and the quest is complete you can get the badge... You don't need to defeat "ultra Kezeroth"

yes you dont need a packet for badge. but you need to finish the quest. thats it.

Doing packets for badges are risky. Some are bannable.
