Did your parents ever teach you how to spell School*? OT: crunches, push ups, go to a local gym and bench.
Okay well this year i was home-schooled so i didn't get alot of P.E, just push-ups i did some days, so im wondering since i plan on going back to normal school next year for my 10th grade year, and i want to atleast have some muscle before then to play sports, whats a good way to exercise daily, and also how can i make myself do it everyday and not be lazy about doing the work-outs?
Thanks ;3

Get an inspiration to go to the gym
Join some sports and find activities and require you to get physically active and go on from there.

Just build your own ways to make yourself keep exercising.
Exercising is just a small portion on gaining muscle. Your diet is more important. For instance I'm currently clean bulking by eating 3,320 calories per day and going to the gym 5 times a week going pyramid sets. An example would be like my workout today. Just google things and look up exercises you can do. Figure out what your goal is, like my goal is I am training for 2014 bodybuilding competitions, so my exercises and diet will be different from someone elses.
Superset:
Standing Biceps Cable Curl
5 sets of 40,30,20,10,10 reps
Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension
5 sets of 40,30,20,10,10 reps
Superset:
Barbell Curl
5 sets of 10,10,20,30,40 reps
Skull Crushers
5 sets of 10,10,20,30,40 reps
Hanging Leg Raise
5 sets to failure
Look up DTP. What I'm doing is an advanced system for building muscle, not toning. I'm bulking up with my diet. What this sytem allows my body to do is completely tear down the muscle deep withing the tissue layer so it building muscle deeper. It's almost like FST-7 but a little different. DTP involves heavy weight and high reps.
