New Recruit Package??

Ok its been half a year since I have been playing this game so I need a bit of catching up. I am using Steam to start and run the game. Since when did recruits get l9 ghillie's and scar-h blacks as a package? Is this like a special holiday thing and just temporary or will all recruit packages I be like this now?

All recruit packages are like what they are currently I think. They come when you rank up to certain ranks.

Plus, ranking up is really easy now. Not too sure why. But its just been made a lot easier than before.

A recruit package is when you join the game. You get 3 packages, one every week for 3 weeks.

Maybe because now we get 1k exp per game In old time 200 exp was good, now we get 1,5k and we almost say it's bad..
