    Unhappy How can I disable or turn off VAC on stam?

    Hi,
    Im banded in black ops 2.I dont know why but i didnt used hack or tryed glitch etc.
    when i click online its saying "vac banded you cannot play online"
    im now so sad i want black ops 2 and now my real question is "how to disable vac or how to turn off VAC?
    is there any tools to turn off it?
    please help guys im missing now my bo2
    pls guys pls
