You just need access to the balance to get your code for PayPal.
Just like any other credit cards or debit cards.

Or another method is you buy someone something from the prepaid card and then they send you the money through paypal, then it's just instant.

some of them you have to register on their site than wait an hour until it can be used for paypal

I think it verifies your paypal but i am not sure if you can send money from paypal using that prepaid visa card
