    Combat arms launcher?

    I downloaded it off steam and I can only login with 1 email, because it's linked to my steam.

    Can I play CA on another account with steam, or do I have to reinstall from the website?

    Sadly it won't work, Only 1 CA account will work on 1 Steam account. I have tried many times. I just recommend you don't use Steam to play CA if you have many accounts.
