i sleep 6-7 hours and in the summer i sleep about the same amount don't know why everybody sleeps so fucking much in the summer. also @Azathᴏth i feel bad for you bro once went 32 hours without sleep and at that point i started going in to REM sleep without even noticing.

I used to sleep only 4 hours a night. Tired as fuck when waking up, alarms are almost ignored. When I turn off alarm I fall asleep almost instantly
Now I'm mostly sleeping 8 hours. Still tired on waking up but less. Hard to go to sleep earlier, there always is something i still have to do :O
I'm only giving my skype through PM. If you got added by someone claiming to be me verify it with a pm!
I'm too lazy to read the whole thread, but the best way to get through days with energy is to be cool and collected, don't stress out, and sleep twice a day at least for 3-5 hours . Also, always make sure you eat breakfast. At least this is the best way for me with work and school. Find the best schedule for yourself. Regardless, eating breakfast is key, no fucking joke as it's like the foundation of your energy for the next 20+ hours.

Smoke as in cigarettes or weed?
If cigarettes, same here, when I started smoking cigarettes and got hooked, I used it to replace my hunger, and when I'm headed to school or at work and can't grab a meal because i'm late or because there's no food available, I use cigarettes as a 'meal' . It led to me losing my appetite for any food (especially oily/fatty meats). Maybe if you watch what you eat, and start drinking more juices, water, and fruits/vegetables you'll feel better. Don't sleep when you're really tired or you may end up oversleeping. What is a routine/pattern you noticed? What you eat, how often you smoke, how busy/active you are and how often do you sleep/rest.
Weed. It helps me gain my appetite back and then I'm able to eat a good meal in the morning. I smoke at night sometimes because I also have insomnia and it knocks me out. I don't smoke very much when I do though, just a small amount of indica before I go to bed, and sativa when I wake up. And I usually get up at 6:30, leave by 7:10/7:15, go to school until 2:15, head to work and get home around 5:15 and then do homework until who the fuck knows when, usually from 8-10.
